Commercial Rodent Abatement for Businesses

In accordance with the April 9, 2024 Ordinance Amending Chapter 801 (SECTION 801.10) Duties of Licensees of Berwyn regarding Rodent Abatement for the City of Berwyn, all businesses are required to maintain a contract for rodent abatement services by a licensed exterminator registered with the City of Berwyn. 

A copy of your business extermination contract must be kept on file with the Business License Department and at the business at all times, and available upon request from the City Inspector during routine compliancy check-ins, either in person or online, in order to remain in good standing with the City.

IMPORTANT: Failure to comply with the required pest control management services in commercial areas may have a detrimental effect on public health and your business license. Please ensure your contractor is registered with the City of Berwyn before initiating contractual services.
