Cook County 2023 Reassessment Notices Are Being Mailed: Appeals Are Now Open
The Cook County Assessor's office will be mailing the 2023 reassessment notices to all Berwyn property owners. The notices proposed new assessed values that unless reduced by an appeal will determine the tax bills of property owners between calendar years 2024 through 2027.
